We believe the future of live events is built on intention, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Our internship program exists to develop the next generation of event production professionals by giving them real responsibility, real projects, and real exposure to what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences.

This isn’t a coffee-run internship. Our interns work alongside our team on active events, creative planning sessions, warehouse prep, and on-site execution. They learn how strategy turns into design, how design turns into production, and how production creates impact.

We created this program because our industry needs strong, capable leaders who understand both the technical craft and the human experience behind great events.
